1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ph291.app, registering an account, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use this platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered on PH291, including but not limited to slot games, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, and any promotional activities. Additional rules may apply to specific games or promotions — those are supplementary to, not replacements for, these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with anyone. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on PH291 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.

Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfer and Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Please refer to the Deposit page for current options and any applicable minimums.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after your account has passed KYC verification.
• PH291 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before releasing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible.
• PH291 does not accept deposits made via credit cards or cryptocurrency for wagering purposes.

If a deposit is made but not reflected in your account within a reasonable time, please contact support with your transaction reference number and proof of payment.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

General rules that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players only.

• PH291 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

In sports betting, odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, PH291 reserves the right to correct the payout to the accurate amount.

For live casino games, all results are generated by certified live dealer processes. PH291 does not control individual game outcomes — results are determined in real time and are final once the round closes.

PH291 may temporarily suspend access to certain games for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance, but reserve the right to do so without prior notice when necessary.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PH291. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in table games or poker-format games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or account restrictions by re-registering.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

PH291 cooperates with relevant authorities and will report any activity that is suspected to constitute fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

PH291 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, regulatory requirements, or at the player's own request.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to access your funds during that period. Where an investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, normal account access will be restored. Where a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and the balance dealt with in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Remaining balances — after deducting any bonuses that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
